Church Conference - Saturday 18 - Sunday 19 May 2024.
We are planning a church conference over the weekend of 18-19 May 2024.
Topic: Christ's View of the Church: A Practical Exposition of the Parable of the Sower.
Speaker: Pastor Zach Dotson.
Location: Rivett Chapel.
Regular Activities
Bible Studies / Prayer Meeting
Bible Studies and Prayer Meeting meet as follows:
- Prayer Meeting
7:45 - 9:00pm, Thursday, Rivett Chapel.
- Sunday Morning Bible Study
9:00 - 10:00am, Sunday, Rivett Chapel.
Meet each Sunday morning, prior to our morning Worship Service.
- Tuggeranong Evening Bible Study
7:45pm, Wednesday (fortnightly), Various homes.
Meet together, generally in the Tuggeranong area, to study the Bible.
- Ladies KYB (Know Your Bible) Morning Bible Study
10:00am, Thursday (weekly), Rivett Chapel.
Ladies meet together to study the Bible using the Know Your Bible (KYB) study series.
Children's & Young People's Activities
Activities for Children and Young People are as follows:
- Sunday School
Our Sunday School is not currently operating, but is ordinarily held prior to our Morning Worship Service, and at the same time as our Sunday Morning Bible Studies.
- Catechism Class
9:00 - 10:00am, Sunday, Rivett Chapel.
Meets each Sunday morning, prior to our Morning Worship Service.
- Young Adults - 16-25+ Year Olds
6:30pm - 9:00pm (approx), weekly during school terms, at various locations.
Young adults meet for studies, supper or dinner, & fellowship, etc.
Other Activities
Additional activities are as follows:
- Coffee-n-Craft
10:00am, 2nd & 4th Fridays of each month (excluding ACT school holidays), Rivett Chapel.
Ladies gather together for craft activities.
- Sewing Group
7:30pm, Tuesday, various homes.
Ladies gather together to sew, etc each Tuesday evening at various homes.
